All orders placed through MBuddy are subject to acceptance and availability by our partner pharmacies. Payments must be made through the secure payment methods supported on the platform.
4. Role of Partner Pharmacies
MBuddy is a marketplace that connects you with independently owned and operated partner pharmacies. Orders are fulfilled directly by these pharmacies, not by MBuddy.
5. Prescription Medicines
We dispense prescription-only medicines only against a valid prescription uploaded and verified during the ordering process.
6. Limitation of Liability
MBuddy is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of medicines ordered through the platform.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
